Founder, Creative Director
Ollie’s experience in the creative industry goes back to the late nineties. As Senior Designer in a few agencies in Leeds, he excelled, and worked with some great brands, including Microsoft, Thomson Holidays, and DePuy. Since founding this design company in 2002, Ollie has worked on projects for Deloitte, Royal & Sun Alliance, Fine & Country and many more.
In 2012, it was his love of branding and particularly tech startups that led him to Cambridge, to help some of the best ideas succeed. Teaming up with startups and being part of the process to guide a new company through all things visual is what drives Ollie. It is the fulfilment of seeing a company flourish that gives him the biggest buzz.
As well as his passion for good design, Ollie is also a father of three and as he says, comes to work for a rest. In truth he is a workaholic who makes this company what it is today, and will help guide clients big and small to true success.
Account Manager, Illustrator
Originally trained as an illustrator, it was Josh’s role at the Apple Store that shaped his curiosity for understanding new tech and explaining complex concepts simply and effectively through design. Josh was soon poached by a marketing agency where he worked on a wide-range of big and small accounts, and fell in love with the speed and passion of startups.
Josh’s passion for innovative design and technology was a clear fit for 10 Creative where he has excelled, and helps to guide the company to new heights. His skills as a researcher has helped 10 Creative to specialise in early stage tech startups since 2016. Josh combines his passions for technology and design by spearheading research into a client’s product or service. He breaks down key messaging to help us collaborate with our clients and decipher and deliver their messaging clearly for their target market.
Josh works on an ongoing basis with clients to facilitate any new requirements as the startup scales, creating custom graphics and illustrations as well as keeping on top of new developments in the relevant field.
Front-End Developer, SEO
Jordan was Marketing Manager at a nationwide marketing company before being poached by a Cambridge prop-tech startup where he handled a full annual campaign for this successful venture. Jordan got the startup bug, and excels at website development, digital marketing, and SEO.
Jordan’s knowledge of marketing coupled with his development skills are an invaluable asset for our startup client base. He joined 10 Creative in 2016 and continues to impress with his coding skills which allow us to create amazing websites and online campaigns.
Graphic Designer & Illustrator
Ali graduated MA Advertising and Design in 2008, and has worked in large design agencies since then. She is now a very accomplished Graphic Designer and Illustrator and joined 10 Creative in 2017.
Ali specialised in healthcare marketing for nearly three years, focusing on the social platforms, and creating campaigns for over 150 NHS, local authority and other healthcare teams. She's been involved in important decisions and created some very successful campaigns.
Ali’s 10 years agency experience helps guide our clients through successful marketing campaigns. Her love of tech and healthcare experience mean she is well-placed to help with pharma-tech startups.
When not armed with pens, she's most likely to be found splashing about in the countryside.
Creative Copy & Content Creator
While Danni has always had a passion for words, it's at Cambridge University where she really honed her skills to use text and copy to convey pretty much anything. During her time at Cambridge she wrote critical essays twice a week, she wrote for newspapers, blogs, and won one national award for poetry as well as being shortlisted for the prestigious Bridport prize.
Danni’s skills are used to great effect to help our clients explore their business through words. Brand voicing really helps form the introduction to a business, and she really understands how to craft ideas into the right format.
Danni loves working with the team at 10 Creative, they always get the most interesting clients and offer to buy the first beer.
When she isn't writing creative copy, she can be found running her own poetry nights and reading books on everything from modern architecture to typography.
