Pasta startup approach 10 without a name Ravioli
First of all we had to have a good think - what is the best thing about the food, what could be the point of difference, and how can we stand out, and create a strong and descriptive brand. We managed to talk the owners into a complete change of tactic, and to focus solely on the one iconic type of pasta. This enabled us to focus on developing the brand, and making it as distinctive and powerful as possible to succeed in a crowded marketplace. We even helped design the interior, and the dishes themselves. Yum-yum!
